All products are under the warranty of the manufacturer companies, unless stated otherwise. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, be sure to check the product during cargo delivery. When you see a damage, keep a record and do not get the product. After the product is received by you, it is accepted that the cargo company fulfills its duty completely. Changes to the product, deformation of the product, or deterioration of the original design are excluded from the warranty.
You can request a refund within 7 working days from the order date of the products you purchased through feutre-atolye.com. You can contact us via e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org to request. You must specify the reason for the return in the request mail and include information such as product cargo tracking number, product type name and quantity. Pack the product safely in its original undamaged packaging, unlabeled and unused, by placing the invoice sent to you, and send it to the shipping address you desire with the shipping company you want. The shipping cost of the return products is not covered by our company.
Your return request will be evaluated within 2 business days after we receive the product and the result will be sent to you via e-mail. Products damaged by user error are not refundable. The products must be unused and intact for the return request to take place. If the conditions specified in your return request are approved, the fee you pay will be refunded to you within 3-10 business days, depending on your payment method.
